Hey Sifu,


I've been getting more and more interested in Iron Shirt Kung (that's just what I've heard it called--its the kung of making your torso and neck resistant to damage).  I'd also like to know any good drills for working on sponge body (if its not the same thing, though I presume that Iron Shirt is a more Hard Body discipline).  I was just wanting to know if there is a more structured regement than beating yourself stupid daily .  Thanks.
