Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about this year's First Night Celebration in Grand Center.  One of the featured acts is our own Lion Dance Team who will be performing at the Busch Student Center, outside near the north entrance at 7 and 9 pm.  They will also be performing in Strauss Park (just across the street from the Fox Theatre) at 8, 10 and 11pm.  First Night is a free event and is the region's largest alcohol free New Year's celebration.  So come on out and support the team and enjoy the other fine acts that are performing.

BTW my blues band will be playing at the Sheldon Concert Hall from 7:30-9pm In case you want something to do in between Lion Dance performances.

Happy New Year!

The Team had a great time!  There were an incredible amount of people there.  I enjoyed the time we spent infront of the "Fox Theater" the most.  Everyone was tired after 5 shows.  Having to move both Lions and that HUGE drum was a bit much though.  Of course, it was all worth it.
