I'd like to inform you all of a Filipino Martial Arts seminar in St. Louis. This year it will be held September 23rd - 24th, at the Shaolin Lohan School of Kung Fu. This seminar is open to all styles and skill levels; it is meant to be an introduction to the arts of Garimot Arnis and Harimaw Buno.
I would also like to extend an invitation for you to join us for a special evening session of traditional Filipino healing methodology (hilot). This workshop will take place after the seminar on Saturday, and will cover the basic philosophy and practices.
