Hey Sifu

when we were sitting in the lobby waiting to leave for lion dance on saturday you said something about how

"the most dangerous student in martial arts is a beginer as they have all of the control but none of the understanding/restraint"

i thought had alot of truth to it but i could not recall
what you said specifically and i was wanting make sure i had remembered it correctly for further down the road.

any possibility of getting a correction of my possibly horrible paraphrasing?

thanks,
-Schneider

I think he said "they have all the training but...."

It's very true, I was friends with a guy that was a black belt in Ryukyu and spent about 5 years in prison for manslaughter because he hadn't learned to control his anger.

Actually, I said "The most dangerous Martial Artist is a Beginner.  They tend to have the knowledge and ability to harm or kill but lack the wisdom to choose".
