hello my long lost brothers and sisters. no really, i have been out of the circle for longer than i ever anticipated. life sometimes goes on a bit too far.
i am writing for two reasons. firstly i have a roommate that is interested in kung fu. i told him to make sure to go to a good school, he asked if there were any around here and luckily there is still indeed a club in springfield. i would like to know of a time and/or place where i can introduce him.
also, i move far too often and inevitably lose something every time i move. sadly one of the things i lost this last time was part of my notes from class. i still have the bulk of them, but lost the labels for the staff form. at one time a section of this website had a list but i have been unable to find it. if someone would be kind enough to direct me to the right location, or send me the list (laffingriver@gmail.com) i would greatly appreciate it. hopefully i can see some of you in person soon and add fresh meat to your ranks.
till then
brian

cheers! to self control

Brian,

I wanted to let you know that I
will be in Springfield, MO this weekend conducting a Seminar on
Saturday, 09 August 2008 (See attached flier) and conducting a 5 hour
class with the Springfield Students the following day on Sunday, 10
August 2008.  The Seminar would be the best time to get together.
