We have had a lot of questions about our system compared to others.

Our system is not indicative to all other Sects within Shaolin which has at least 72 confirmed sects.  Our curriculum is very complex with the ultimate goal of "Development of the Mind through the Discipline of the Body".  The physical aspects of our system can take at least 25 years to accomplish and 50 years total.  While other Martial Art systems tend to streamline their curriculum's, especially in the USA, in order to promote personal satisfaction and basic combat effectiveness.  Our system is directed on conquering the "self" and not others.

You can become quite skilled within the first 5-9 chambers of our system.  In fact, most practitioners from other systems tend to agree that we have more information in the first 5 chambers our system than they do in their entire systems.  We continue our education and growth in order to conquer our greatest enemy... ourselves.

Every Martial Art system has it's similarities and it's differences.  Nearly all of them are effective at attaining their target goals.  There is no such thing as one being better than another.  It is based on the practitioner and not the system.  However, there are systems out there with quickly achievable goals.  Our system is not one of those.
